She studied at Salford University, Manchester, before building a career that spans consulting, brand and creative industries. Alongside Cygnus, she runs a promotional merchandise business and an online jewellery boutique, and works as a visual artist, bringing a genuine eye for brand, design and client relationships to everything she leads.

He brings over two decades of experience across technology consulting, enterprise recruiting and business development, having helped build the firm's client relationships and delivery capability from the ground up, with a background spanning Oracle and BI-driven systems, technical search and scaling teams to support complex, multi-year client programmes.

Over a 28-year career, he has led technology and enterprise transformation work across the pharmaceutical, life sciences and healthcare sectors, including complex M&A deals and scaling international operations, and previously served as CEO for the Southeast Asia region of a NASDAQ-listed corporation. He also advises on strategic real estate investment and has worked with a number of IT products and services firms. He holds degrees from the University of Calcutta and California Coast University, and completed executive education as a Wharton Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania.

He supports Cygnus Professionals in an advisory and consulting capacity, bringing outside perspective to the firm's business development.

She joins from a client relationship leadership role at Cygnus Professionals globally, where she built and grew the company's MSP and direct client business and held P&L responsibility. She has led partnerships with major staffing providers including Manpower, Adecco/Pontoon and Agile1, and helped build a 24x7 global delivery support model for MSP and direct clients. She has also driven the company's talent pipeline, hiring and training more than 250 resources a year, particularly in advanced technologies, through its New Jersey Center of Excellence.
